...i can't even begin to thank joe bug enough for the awesome time in nyc...we both were sort of out of it from the night before when we parted ways thursday morning, so this is my digital hug...but hey, i figure i can move to the city now if i can navigate the subway half asleep/hung over...so, the trip...a) got to meet this guy and get a portfolio review, b) got to see some DFA DJS (james murphy, tim sweeney, pat mahoney) PLAY A SHOW (OMG) and goodness what a night, i was wondering if joe remembered giving out high 5s half way through...c) walked a good chunk of manhattan, which made my feet hurt...d)the food...pierogies, swedish goodies, and brooklyn natural...e) lil wayne...he has taken over new york, everywhere you go, you can hear the clackclackclackclaclack from 'a milli' on people's ipods...f) photo...yea...photo talk all the time...g) girl talk...everybody should be geekin' on that...
so, yes, thumbs up...joe, you live there...
anyway, back to the land of horses and hills...
